Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree with 2 years of related experience OR Associate's degree and 4 years of related experience OR High school diploma or GED and 6 years of related experience OR Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification (within 18 months of starting position)
  • Maintain minimum access requirement or unescorted access requirements, as applicable, and favorable medical examination and/or testing in accordance with position duties

Nice To Haves

  • Demonstrated project budgeting, cost tracking, and cost estimating experience
  • Demonstrated knowledge of utility business and power plant equipment
  • Knowledge of contract management and / or Asset Suite 9 (AS9) supply system
  • PMP Certification

Responsibilities

  • Assists projects, initiation through closeout, as assigned and within the parameters of cost, quality, schedule and objectives.
  • Provides support to project team members and the Project Management process.
  • Prepares project related documentation including status reporting for approval by the project manager.
  • Prepares project communications for approval by the project manager throughout project lifecycle
  • Assist Project Manager with the development, evaluation and recommendation on contracted services and materials.
  • Assist Project Manager in development of funding authorization packages
  • All other job assignments and/or duties pursuant to company policy or as directed by management to include but not limited to: (Emergency Response duties and/or coverage)
