The ideal candidate will be highly organized, customer-focused, and have proven experience in managing complex projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the packaging industry.
• Proficiency with project management tools and methodologies.
• Strong communication skills (phone, email, and face-to-face).
• Experience collaborating with engineering, sales, and procurement teams.
• A proactive, positive attitude with a focus on delivering results.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage project schedules to ensure timely delivery.
• Oversee project budgets and meet financial goals.
• Define and maintain project scopes and ensure alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
• Exceed customer expectations through proactive communication and relationship management.
• Collaborate with internal departments (sales, engineering, purchasing, accounting) to drive project success.
• Guide purchasing teams on procurement of ancillary equipment.
• Maintain project management systems for accurate tracking and reporting.
• Represent the company at trade shows and industry events as needed.
• Engage in continuous learning to stay updated on industry trends and technology.
