About The Position

Volt is immediately hiring a Project Manager in Boston or Andover, MA location! As a Project Manager, you will be seeking an experienced Program/Project Management and Business Analysis professional to support Risk Lifecycle Management (RLM), Internal Controls Testing (ICT), and Trust Center initiatives. The role will drive program delivery, requirements management, process improvement, governance alignment, stakeholder collaboration, and change management across multiple domains. This is a hybrid model with 2 days work from home. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Planning & Execution, Risk Management, and Delivery Operations. They should also possess skills in Requirements Engineering, Analytical Thinking, and Process Design, along with an Agile Mindset, Change Enablement, and Prioritization. Key soft skills include Influence Without Authority, Facilitation, and Relationship Management. A solid understanding of Governance Integrity, Controls Awareness, and Regulatory Insight is also important. The role involves managing day-to-day coordination and delivery across RLM, ICT, and Trust Center initiatives.
