About The Position

The Project Manager supports the Commercial Real Estate (CRE) line of business and is responsible for leading strategic initiatives, business transformation efforts, technology implementations, enhancements, and support, and process improvement projects that drive operational efficiency and business growth. This highly visible role partners with leaders and teams across CRE to identify opportunities, develop solutions, and successfully execute projects that enhance the client and employee experience. The position serves as a key liaison between business stakeholders, technology teams, and support partners while ensuring projects are delivered on time and aligned with business objectives. This role requires an experienced project manager who can work independently, influence without authority, and manage multiple complex initiatives simultaneously.

Requirements

  • Master's degree, or equivalent work experience.
  • 10 or more years of experience in project management activities

Responsibilities

  • Participate in the identification, design, development, implementation, and evaluation of strategic business and technology-related projects supporting the Commercial Real Estate line of business.
  • Lead complex cross-functional initiatives from planning through execution and implementation.
  • Develop project plans, establish milestones, track deliverables, and manage project risks to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Partner with internal and external stakeholders to ensure projects are completed successfully and in accordance with business objectives and user needs.
  • Serve as a business-line subject matter expert and coordinator for Salesforce, nCino, and other technology platforms utilized by the business.
  • Act as a liaison between CRE business partners and technology teams and other enabling functions on system enhancements, testing, user acceptance, and implementation activities.
  • Lead project teams and coordinate resources across multiple functions to achieve project objectives.
  • Facilitate business process improvement initiatives, automation efforts, and technology-driven solutions that improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Support the evaluation, prioritization, and implementation of AI and emerging technology opportunities within the business.
  • Lead change management activities including stakeholder readiness, communication, training adoption and post-implementation success measurements.
  • Prepare executive-level communications, project updates, status reports, and business recommendations.
  • Monitor project performance and evaluate project outcomes and identifies opportunities to drive continuous improvement.
  • Support large-scale strategic initiatives, organizational changes, product enhancements, and business transformation efforts impacting the CRE organization.
