About The Position
Our Round Rock, TX business unit is growing! As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for the performance of relatively small to mid-sized projects or a definable portion of larger projects in accordance with contract requirements and company policies, procedures, and guidelines.
Requirements
- Must be a US Person.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, operations, project management, or a related field preferred.
- 7+ years' of relevant project management experience.
- Ability to manage multiple projects.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of MS Office.
- Excellent team collaboration skills.
Responsibilities
- Plans, initiates and manages small to mid-sized projects, ensuring alignment with company objectives and industry standards.
- Defines, launches, and drives mission-critical strategic and operational initiatives in core projects.
- Develops and maintains detailed project plans and timelines while maintaining resources effectively.
- Communicates regularly with stakeholders, providing updates on project progress, milestones, and issues.
- Resolves a wide range of issues in imaginative and practical ways.
- Conducts project reviews and adapts strategies as needed to respond to changing requirements.
- Ensures compliance with regulatory standards and project management best practices.
