The Project Manager will also execute post-project reviews, identify process improvements, and create and maintain project plans and status reports. Additionally, the role serves as the primary liaison for all project stakeholders, leads status meetings, ensures effective team communication, and oversees project team members by delegating responsibilities. Comprehensive project documentation is also a key responsibility.
