THE ROLE As a Project Manager at Everpure, you will own the end-to-end delivery of Advanced Services engagements, ensuring the successful adoption of Everpure's platform and services for our customers. You will serve as the primary point of contact between Everpure Services, Sales, and our customers, translating solutions into actionable project plans. By managing the project lifecycle, coordinating the delivery team, and handling core PM mechanics, you will drive successful outcomes, customer satisfaction, and contribute to Everpure’s strategic growth.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years project management experience in an external Customer-facing environment.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Project Management methodologies; PMP certification is preferred to ensure alignment with delivery standards.
  • Proven experience leading customer-facing projects for large enterprises, ideally in storage, cloud infrastructure, or data-center modernization.
  • Critical experience includes working in a matrixed organization with remote delivery teams and statement-of-work/billable services.
  • Solid proficiency in the full project management lifecycle—from initial proposal through delivery—with a strong understanding of financial tracking and risk mitigation.
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts/plans and present facts and conclusions clearly to both technical teams and stakeholders (including executives).

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end execution of Advanced Services engagements and medium-scale infrastructure projects, ensuring they meet technical standards and business objectives while maintaining fiscal responsibility.
  • Act as the primary interface and main point of contact for the customer and account team, translating technical requirements into actionable project milestones and clear value propositions.
  • Coordinate the delivery team, managing project scope, schedule, and risks by orchestrating a mix of local and remote resources—including internal engineering teams and external Everpure partners.
  • Utilize tools like NetSuite and Google Workspace to manage forecasts, review timesheets against plan, and run the standard cadence of project updates and governance.
  • Connect the dots internally by working closely with Sales, BCS/SAM/CSM, and Installs so the customer experiences one aligned team rather than silos.
