About The Position

Miller Industries, LLC is a rapidly growing company that designs, engineers, and manufactures custom products for automotive, healthcare, and institutional customers worldwide. The company has divisions including Miller Fabricated Systems, Flex Air, Miller Industries Representatives, and Fusion Cooling, offering custom steel fabrication, custom commercial and industrial HVAC systems, and modular equipment rooms. The New Construction Project Manager will direct the overall management of construction projects, including commercial and industrial modular construction, from development to completion. Key responsibilities include managing project scope, budget, and schedule, setting project objectives, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure project goals are met while managing customer expectations. This role serves as the primary contact for site-related activities.

Requirements

• Proficient with MS Office.
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
• Exemplary planning and organizational skills (multi-tasking and time-management).
• Ability to prioritize projects.
• Self-disciplined and capable of identifying and completing critical tasks independently.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of New Construction Projects.
• Ensures efficiency, timely completion and customer satisfaction of construction projects.
• Collaborates with Flex Air and Mi Service Group Teams, General Contractors and Subcontractors.
• Works with Accounting to On-Board and Secure Subcontractors.
• Reports on construction status of projects and budget matters to Internal Team.
• Attending Job Kick-off Meetings.
• Assisting with Project Quotes.
• Coordinating Multiple Projects.
• Coordinate service for Deficiency Lists / Punchlist / Cost of Quality items (Flex Air)
