The Project Manager will serve as the primary client contact for day-to-day operations supporting RTSM applications, beginning at User Acceptance Testing (UAT). This role involves developing and overseeing client communication plans, coordinating data uploads, managing system UAT and go-lives, and providing expert consultation on system usage. The Project Manager will also act as a point of escalation for customer support, develop training materials for both customer support staff and clients, and monitor study issues for improvement opportunities. Additionally, the role requires participation in client audits and is responsible for maintaining the health of client relationships and tracking client health scores.
