Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent
• 2 years of professional experience
• Demonstrated experience in program and project management
• Strong organizational, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
• Familiarity with the research lifecycle and sponsored project environments
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to operate effectively in a matrixed organization
• Continual use of computer technology.
• Lift and carry up to 20 pounds.

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience in a university setting
• Five years of experience with program and/or project management
• Project Management Professional Certification

Responsibilities

• Overseeing projects or supporting project management activities.
• Manage multiple projects concurrently while maintaining attention to detail and deadlines.
• Support diverse teams.
• Driving as needed to perform job duties.
