About The Position

We are seeking a Project Manager to join our ePMO team and help drive the continued success of Member Access Processing. In this role, you'll manage both internal and client-facing projects, ensuring timely delivery and exceptional service. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and serve as the primary liaison between internal stakeholders and clients, overseeing the transition from post-sales to project completion.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; 3+ years of project management experience required.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid).
  • Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Jira, Smartsheet, Microsoft Project).
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across teams.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience facilitating meetings, managing timelines, and resolving project-related issues.

Nice To Haves

  • PMP or other relevant certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage full project lifecycles for both client-facing and internal initiatives.
  • Oversee client onboarding and ongoing projects, ensuring successful, timely delivery.
  • Act as the primary point of contact from post-sale through project completion, maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success metrics with stakeholders.
  • Create and manage detailed project plans, timelines, task assignments, and resource needs.
  • Coordinate cross-functional efforts across Sales, Product, Scoping, Training, Accounting, and Implementations.
  • Facilitate recurring project meetings and maintain consistent, transparent communication with all stakeholders.
  • Monitor project milestones, identify at-risk deliverables, and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Provide regular updates through status reports, dashboards, and post-project reviews.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks; proactively resolve issues to maintain project momentum.
  • Maintain organized project documentation that aligns with internal standards and compliance requirements.
  • Support continuous improvement of project processes, tools, and templates; share best practices and lessons learned.
  • Assist with resource planning, capacity management, and project scoping during the sales process.
  • Ensure positive client experience by delivering projects that align with expectations and support change management.
