About The Position

Join USA DAELIM TRANSFORMER INC as a Project Manager in Houston, TX, where you will lead transformative projects in the electrical industry. Daelim Transformer is seeking a highly organized and results-driven Project Manager to oversee the end-to-end execution of transformer manufacturing projects. This role is critical in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope and aligned with customer expectations. The ideal candidate will serve as the central point of coordination between engineering, production sales and customers, managing timelines, change orders and production milestones to drive successful project delivery.

Requirements

  • 3-7+ years of project management experience in manufacturing, preferably in transformers, electrical equipment or heavy industrial products
  • Strong understanding of ETO (Engineer-to-Order) manufacturing environments
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced setting
  • Experience with change order management and production scheduling

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems and project management tools is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full lifecycle of transformer manufacturing projects from order intake through delivery
  • Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and production timelines
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, procurement, production and logistics
  • Ensure alignment between customer specifications and internal execution
  • Review, track and manage all change order requests (CORs)
  • Evaluate impacts to cost, schedule, and production capacity
  • Communicate changes clearly to internal teams and customers
  • Ensure proper documentation and approval processes are followed
  • Monitor project progress to ensure on-time delivery (OTD)
  • Identify risks to schedule and proactively implement mitigation strategies
  • Provide regular status updates to stakeholders and leadership
  • Drive accountability across teams to meet key milestones
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the project lifecycle
  • Provide updates on project status, timeliness and any changes
  • Build strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business
  • Identify process inefficiencies and recommend improvements
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives related to project execution and delivery performance
  • Assist in developing standard operating procedures (SOPs) and best practices
