About The Position

We’re seeking a Project Manager who thrives on bringing people together, keeping things organized, and making sure that what we start — we finish. This person will be at the center of cross-functional projects that touch every area of the business, from product development and marketing to operations and customer experience. Requirements

• 3+ years of project management experience, ideally in CPG, beauty, wellness, or a related industry
• Experience managing cross-functional projects (bonus if you've worked with creative, ops, or production teams)
• Strong communication skills and emotional intelligence
• Proficient in project management tools (Asana, ClickUp, Monday.com, or similar)

Nice To Haves

• PMP certification is a plus, but not required
• Love spreadsheets, timelines, AND people equally
• Have experience in natural skincare or cosmetics
• Bring a creative mindset to process improvement

Responsibilities

• Partner with department leads to scope, plan, and execute projects from start to finish
• Manage project timelines, deliverables, and dependencies across departments (production, marketing, R&D, operations, etc.)
• Lead regular check-ins and project meetings to ensure alignment and accountability
• Create and maintain project documentation (plans, updates, risk assessments, etc.)
• Identify roadblocks or resource constraints early and help find creative solutions
• Serve as the go-to for updates on key projects, tracking milestones and reporting progress to leadership
• Be the main point of contact for new Contract Manufacturing (CM) product testing and pilot batches
• Ensure all projects align with brand values, customer promise, and internal quality standards
• Support continuous improvement in project workflows and communication across teams
