About The Position

An agency requires the services of 2 Project Managers, hereafter referred to as Worker, who meet the general qualification of Project Manager, Level 2, Emerging Technology, and the specifications outlined in this document. Various technology and innovation projects directly impact the daily operations of the agency to achieve its missions, goals, and objectives.

Requirements

• 3 years of experience in Agile/project management methodologies and practices
• 3 years of experience leading large, complex technology-related projects
• 3 years of experience developing & analyzing complex business requirements

Nice To Haves

• 1 year of experience in understanding of software development lifecycles
• 1 year of experience in documentation of business technology challenges

Responsibilities

• Support current and future projects and priorities in the initiation and planning of complex, diverse technology-related projects.
• Directly support project and development teams on various initiatives to improve effectiveness, ensure compliance with applicable statutes, and enhance service delivery capabilities.
• Facilitate project development and quality assurance discussions.
• Manage projects utilizing appropriate project management methodologies, conducting risk assessments, and following established tracking and reporting guidelines.
• Monitor project activities to ensure deliverables are acceptable, meet business and contractual requirements, and are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Communicate complex and technical business problems and requirements to stakeholders.
• Support development and implementation of various initiatives.
