Project Manager

Luster National•New York, NY
•$115,000 - $210,000

About The Position

Luster is building a talent pool of Project Managers at various skill levels for future needs supporting large, complex heavy civil infrastructure programs. Projects may include highways, roads, bridges, bus and rail transit, international airports, and water/wastewater, delivered through traditional and alternative methods. Project packages may exceed $100 million in construction value. Project Managers are accountable for scope, budget, schedule, and risk on assigned projects and provide program leadership with clear, timely information on project status. This posting is for future roles rather than a currently available opportunity; selected candidates may be activated in Luster’s talent pool and notified first when a relevant project need arises. The role may lead projects or task orders from planning and design through construction and closeout. It involves overseeing designers and contractors, administering construction contracts, evaluating changes and claims, coordinating project controls and third parties, maintaining existing operations during construction, ensuring quality and safety compliance, and supporting commissioning and transition to maintenance. The scope and complexity of responsibilities increase with experience level. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or an equivalent combination of education and experience, along with at least 10 years of project management experience on large, complex heavy-civil infrastructure projects. The expected salary range is $115,000–$210,000 per year ($55–$101 per hour), with the final offer dependent on factors including experience, skills, education, credentials, and geographic location.
