Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in project management, business, finance, engineering, or a related field (Level I).
  • Basic understanding of project management principles and tools (Level I).
  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field with 3+ years of experience (Level II).
  • Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (Level II).
  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field with 5+ years of experience (Level III).
  • Advanced expertise in managing complex projects and cross-functional teams (Level III).
  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field with 8+ years of experience (Master’s preferred) (Senior Project Manager).
  • Expert-level knowledge of program and portfolio management (Senior Project Manager).
  • PMP certification preferred (strongly preferred for Senior level).
  • Strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, SharePoint, OnePlan, D365).
  • Ability to work in both indoor and field environments.

Nice To Haves

  • Master’s degree preferred for Senior Project Manager level.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with project planning, scope development, and resource coordination (Level I).
  • Support cross-functional teams and manage project documentation (Level I).
  • Deploy foundational PMO tools and provide basic health reporting (Level I).
  • Participate in training initiatives to build project management skills (Level I).
  • Independently manage moderately complex projects with cross-functional teams (Level II).
  • Refine project scopes, budgets, and vendor relationships (Level II).
  • Utilize PMO tools to monitor project health and performance (Level II).
  • Contribute to process improvement within the PMO (Level II).
  • Lead complex projects with significant organizational visibility (Level III).
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to align project goals with strategy (Level III).
  • Manage vendor relationships and mitigate risks (Level III).
  • Mentor junior project managers and enhance PMO capabilities (Level III).
  • Drive enterprise-level programs and strategic initiatives (Senior Project Manager).
  • Manage project portfolios and oversee interdependencies (Senior Project Manager).
  • Provide executive-level updates and data-driven insights (Senior Project Manager).
  • Champion process optimization and mentor project teams (Senior Project Manager).
