Requirements

  • 3+ years of project management experience (or 5+ years as an Installation Foreman)
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • A proactive, solution-oriented mindset
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines with confidence
  • Experience coordinating logistics, scheduling, and installations
  • Commitment to quality, accuracy, and customer satisfaction
  • A collaborative approach and positive attitude

Responsibilities

  • Manage projects from kickoff through installation and final punch list resolution
  • Coordinate communication, logistics, and scheduling across teams and partners
  • Develop and communicate project plans, timelines, and installation details
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to solve problems and improve outcomes
  • Ensure all deliverables meet or exceed customer expectations
  • Provide installation drawings and key project documentation
  • Track project progress, time, and performance metrics
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and workflow
