The Project Manager is the key subject matter expert for scope, management & coordination of Reset-Revision and seasonal timelines. This role will be the single point of contact for the reset revision team to the Puerto Rico buying team. This role is responsible for collaborating with cross-functional and external partners to ensure on-time execution across all milestones to enable successful launch of events within a multi-million dollar budget. Proactively uses strong problem-solving skills and mitigates risk in assisting the planning and execution of the 150+ Reset-Revision events on a yearly basis. This position will assist in planning for annual category and seasonal events; responsible for assisting the Manager with the store labor hour budget, reporting and communicating regular updates to senior leadership. Project Manager is also responsible for the development, enhancement and adherence to project deliverables and timelines. Additionally, the Project Manager will identify process improvement and efficiencies to better support cross functional partners; leverage learnings to develop improvement to Merchandising to optimize and standardize processes and procedures. They will also facilitate identified issues and mitigate conflicts; influence, negotiate, and resolve conflict to ensure buy-in and common goals.
