About The Position

Chads Design Build is seeking an experienced Residential Construction Project Manager to manage custom residential construction and remodeling projects from final design approval through construction, close-out, and the warranty period. The role coordinates with homeowners, designers, subcontractors, and internal teams to align project scope, schedules, and expectations while maintaining quality and customer satisfaction. The Project Manager also manages project invoices and change orders, updates production schedules, and partners with Pre-Construction and Estimating teams during project handoff and planning.

Requirements

3–5 years of project or production management experience in residential construction.
At least 10 years of hands-on trade or field experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
Solid understanding of construction methods, architectural plans, and residential design principles.
