About The Position

Plummer is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to join their Team. This is an exciting opportunity to manage all aspects of a project including planning, design, financials, and team coordination. The Project Manager will also establish and maintain strong working relationships with clients. Plummer is passionate about solving water and telecommunication challenges and serving customers with excellence and integrity. As an engineering consulting firm, Plummer takes on a variety of interesting projects to help growing communities in Texas, Oklahoma, Colorado, and Florida. This role is based in San Antonio, Texas.

Requirements

At least 6 years of professional experience in water, wastewater treatment, water/reuse treatment, or conveyance.
PE (Professional Engineer) is required.
A bachelor’s degree in civil, environmental, chemical, or mechanical engineering.
Professional Engineer licensure.
A firm understanding of engineering fundamentals.
Strong communicator with leadership skills.
Ability to collaboratively plan, problem-solve, and follow-through on projects.

Responsibilities

Manage all aspects of a project including planning, design, financials, and team coordination.
Establish and maintain strong working relationships with clients.
Mentor junior team members to pass on hard earned knowledge to the next generation of engineers.
