About The Position

The Corporate Technology Team, focused on Finance Technology, operates on a global scale, driving innovation and excellence. As a Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in high-impact Corporate Technology Finance Initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and driving impactful outcomes. This role offers the opportunity to collaborate closely with the Corporate Technology leadership team and CFO stakeholders. The team thrives on collaboration, innovation, and a shared commitment to excellence, shaping the future of technology within the organization and making a lasting impact globally.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or Actuarial Science.
  • 8+ years managing and driving the execution of complex projects.
  • 6+ years of Agile product delivery experience.
  • 6+ years of experience with driving the execution of technology.
  • PM Certification (PMP and/or Agile Scrum Master).
  • Authorized to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.

Nice To Haves

  • 10+ years managing and driving the execution of complex projects.
  • Expert with project management tools and techniques, such as JIRA, Confluence, Scrum and Kanban.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication, conflict management, coordination, and planning skills with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in/working in partnership with technical roles, such as engineers, developers, data scientists, etc.
  • Project leadership experience focused on engaging others in the delivery and execution of technical solutions and service deliverables.
  • Ability to assess a project's scope and the team's ability to execute.
  • Outcome oriented with the ability to drill down from the big picture to process details.
  • Ability to communicate objectives, plans, status, and results clearly.
  • Strong leadership skills and influencer.

  • Proven track record of analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • A solid understanding of Financial Accounting Systems and knowledge of accounting principles, reporting, and budgeting.
  • Strong data analysis skills for extracting insights from financial data.
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools and reporting software.
  • Experience integrating financial systems with actuarial, policy administration, and claims platforms.
  • Experience working with projects related to SAP, any other ERPs, Treasury products such as Kyriba or SAP AP/S/4 HANA.
  • Ability to influence and motivate teams without direct authority.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple initiatives.
  • Experience with using AI solutions and tools such as Claude, Copilot or any other tools that leverage these tools for efficient work output.
