About The Position

Keywords Studios is looking for a Project Manager to help with the growth of its Marketing service line. This role requires someone who is organized, can communicate professionally in multiple languages, think on their feet, and remain calm under pressure. The ideal candidate can multitask effectively, manage multiple communication channels in different languages, and oversee the progress of tasks assigned to designers in various countries and time zones. An interest in games and their promotion is also desired. Keywords Studios is a leading technical and creative solutions partner for the global videogames industry, with service lines including Create, Engage (Marketing), Globalize, and Media & Entertainment. The marketing team specifically focuses on strategy, creative, production, social media, PR, and player engagement to help clients build and engage their communities.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of professional experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in multiple languages.
  • Native or fluent English (TOEIC 800+ or equivalent).
  • Native or fluent Indonesian (Bahasa).
  • Experience with project management tools (e.g., Monday.com, Jira).
  • Proficient use of AI in a work context, understanding when and how to use it effectively, including prompt writing and data feeding.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to follow existing processes.
  • Keen eye for details for quality checking and providing constructive feedback.
  • Willingness to work as part of a team and contribute to creative discussions.
  • Eagerness to learn from reviews and constructive feedback.
  • Strong personal time management skills.
  • Ability to work remotely and independently.

Nice To Haves

  • Fluency in one or several Asian languages (e.g., Japanese, Korean, Chinese).
  • Previous freelance experience.
  • Basic knowledge of Adobe Software (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects).
  • Experience in translation/localization.
  • At least one year of experience in the video game industry.
  • At least one year of experience in a creative agency.

Responsibilities

  • Communicate professionally with partners and clients in multiple languages and in a timely manner.
  • Receive files, organize and share them according to established standards.
  • Confidently communicate with all members of the company and sister studios.
  • Plan and schedule work for designers, follow up on progress, and alert other PMs and/or clients to any delays or blockers.
  • Manage ClickUp: Create and assign tickets according to schedule, add relevant and clear feedback, and update tickets based on developments.
  • Maintain a calm demeanor and set the tone and pace of work, ensuring team members can produce great work under decent conditions.
  • Handle copy generation and native language checks for ads.
  • Perform quality checks on all outgoing material before sending to partners and clients, ensuring accuracy and requesting corrections when needed.
