About The Position

Marsh is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our organization. You will be responsible for managing end-to-end projects for our change and transformation initiatives. You will work closely with both Divisional Leadership and the Transformation Office to deliver change and achieve project outcomes.

Requirements

Minimum 5+ years of experience in leading projects, transitions, program management and change management.
Experience working with senior stakeholders.
Proven track record in managing and delivering projects within the organizational constraints.
Excellent stakeholder relationship and communication skills (written and verbal).
Attention to detail and ability to effectuate change.
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively interact with senior stakeholders.
Work individually as well as within team with minimum supervision and ability to handle tight deadlines to deliver projects within the scope.

Nice To Haves

Professional certification in Project Management.
Experience working in large and complex organizations working with diverse stakeholders.
Strong business analysis, organizational design, and process improvement experience.
Having an MBA.

Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end project to deliver business outcomes, ensuring that the project is completed on time, within budget, and to a high level of client satisfaction.
Create and manage project plan and establish governance required for project execution.
Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, risks, and changes. Facilitate communication between team members and stakeholders.
Lead and motivate project teams, fostering collaboration and ensuring that team members are aligned with project goals. Provide guidance and support to team members.
Support organizational transformation initiatives by working closely with senior stakeholders across the globe.
Understand and manage project financials to deliver the benefits and manage the costs working closely with leadership.
Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation. Ensure that all project phases are well-defined and scheduled.
Create and manage project budgets, ensuring that costs are controlled and that the project is delivered within financial constraints.
Identifies, develops, and recommends the resources to complete the project.
Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies. Monitor risks throughout the project lifecycle and adjust plans as necessary.
Sets priorities, allocates tasks, and coordinates project staff to meet project targets and milestones.
Prepare and present reports to senior management and stakeholders.
Develop project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and meeting minutes.
Conducts meetings and prepare reports to communicate the status of the project.
Review project outcomes and processes to identify areas for improvement. Implement lessons learned in future projects to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
