About The Position

We are seeking a highly capable Project Manager to lead and deliver a portfolio of strategic enterprise and technology initiatives across JRM. This role will be responsible for driving projects from planning through execution, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with business objectives. One of the key initiatives will include JRM’s Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) implementation, however, this role is not limited to a single program. The Project Manager will support a range of cross-functional projects, requiring strong core project management skills, adaptability, and the ability to work effectively across diverse stakeholders and systems. This position requires a disciplined, organized, and proactive leader who can apply consistent project management practices across initiatives of varying size and complexity.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of project management experience, preferably within technology or enterprise environments.
  • Experience managing complex, multi-phase projects involving multiple stakeholders and vendors.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, or hybrid approaches).
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Proven ability to manage competing priorities across multiple projects.
  • Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on execution.
  • Experience supporting change management and end-user adoption efforts.
  • Analytical and detail-oriented, with a focus on delivering measurable results.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience within construction management or the construction industry is a plus.
  • Exposure to enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, HRIS, financial systems, or SaaS platforms) preferred, but not required
  • PMP, Agile/Scrum, or similar certification preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning and execution of enterprise and technology projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and priorities.
  • Develop and manage project plans, schedules and resource allocations across a portfolio of initiatives
  • Serve as a key project leader on major programs, including JRM’s ERP implementation, ensuring coordination across stakeholders, vendors, and internal teams.
  • Partner with business units including Finance, Accounting, HR, Operations, and IT to ensure successful delivery of solutions.
  • Coordinate third-party vendors and implementation partners, ensuring accountability to scope, timeline, and deliverables.
  • Establish and enforce consistent project management standards, tools, and reporting practices across initiatives.
  • Identify, track, and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies, escalating when appropriate with recommended solutions.
  • Lead project communications, providing clear and regular updates to leadership, stakeholders, and steering committees.
  • Support change management efforts, including stakeholder engagement, training coordination, and adoption strategies
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of project delivery practices within the Technology organization.
