The Project Manager (PM) is a facilitator who works with various team members across multiple accounts, including projects and retained services. A PM understands the business goals that drive a project and manage the full delivery lifecycle to meet those goals. The PM role includes overseeing potential obstacles that may occur throughout development, such as budget deficits or timeline impacts or delayed resources and adjusting plans to either solve or work around those challenges. They also outline progress for the entire project to keep the client and internal teams informed and aligned with project goals, budget, and timeline. A PM collaborates with other team leads in allocating resources throughout multiple projects and redistributing them as needed for gaps or opportunities to improve billable utilization. They proactively communicate any changes in timeline or scope and any challenges to all involved stakeholders and make sure everyone is informed and aligned every step of the way. The Project Manager will ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget, while maintaining high-quality standards. This role requires strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
