Project Manager – Facilities Operations & Maintenance Job Summary: The Project Manager is responsible for the overall operation, management, and supervision of building mechanical maintenance operations for a large-scale facility of 1,000,000 square feet or greater. This role requires extensive experience in facilities operations and maintenance (O&M), along with proven leadership in project management and staff supervision. The Project Manager will ensure reliable building operations, regulatory compliance, and high-quality service delivery across all mechanical systems.
