The Process Improvement Project Manager will serve as the process improvement lead within Ramsey County’s Health and Wellness Service Team. This position will lead process improvement and organizational change initiatives in the areas of Social Services, Public Health, and Community Corrections that optimize utilization of technology solutions, enhance business processes efficiency, reduce costs, and improve overall performance. Provide all aspects of project management including establishing and administering project scope, budgets, timelines and coordinating project activities; and perform related duties as assigned.
