About The Position

Responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering a portfolio of projects totaling approximately $8 million annually. This role ensures initiatives are completed on time, within defined scope, and within approved budgets while maintaining clear and consistent communication across cross‑functional teams and stakeholders. The Project Manager oversees projects from initiation through closeout, drives alignment across priorities, proactively manages risks and dependencies, and applies standard project management methodologies to establish predictable, repeatable delivery practices and support continuous improvement across the project portfolio.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, project management, engineering, operations, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Proven experience managing multi‑million‑dollar project portfolios with accountability for scope, schedule, and budget.
  • Demonstrated ability to plan, execute, and deliver multiple concurrent projects in a dynamic, cross‑functional environment.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
  • Proficiency with project management tools and reporting platforms used for scheduling, tracking, budgeting, and stakeholder communication.
  • Working knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid project management methodologies and their practical application.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to identify risks, assess impacts, and develop practical mitigation strategies.
  • Detail‑oriented mindset combined with the ability to maintain visibility across high‑level portfolio priorities.
  • Able to take accountability and responsibility for business target delivery and decision making.
  • Possess a unique blend of business and technical savvy, a big-picture vision, and the drive to make that vision a reality.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the planning, execution, and delivery of a project portfolio totaling approximately $8 million annually, ensuring alignment with business priorities and available resources.
  • Develop detailed project plans, including schedules, milestones, dependencies, and resource requirements, to support predictable and transparent execution.
  • Coordinate cross‑functional teams across operations, engineering, finance, and leadership to drive alignment, accountability, and timely decision‑making.
  • Identify project risks and issues early, assess potential impact, and implement mitigation strategies to minimize disruption to scope, schedule, and budget.
  • Maintain project scope and control changes by evaluating requests, assessing impacts, and ensuring appropriate approval and documentation.
  • Provide clear, consistent communication to stakeholders through status updates, dashboards, and reviews on progress, risks, and financial performance.
  • Track project budgets and resource utilization, ensuring cost control, efficient use of resources, and visibility into financial performance.
  • Ensure project deliverables meet defined requirements, quality standards, and acceptance criteria prior to completion or handoff.
  • Lead post‑project reviews to capture lessons learned, identify improvement opportunities, and strengthen project delivery processes and standards.
