The PM serves as the primary interface for contract and project administration, ensuring predictable delivery, quality, and stakeholder alignment across multiple concurrent workstreams. The PM establishes and maintains execution plans, reporting cadence, and performance tracking to support successful outcomes with minimal customer intervention.
