About The Position

Capgemini is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Project Manager with 3–4 years of experience to support an email marketing program for a US-headquartered financial services client. This is a hands-on, client-facing role requiring strong coordination, communication, and execution skills to manage end-to-end campaign delivery within a fast-paced digital marketing environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing campaign workflows, aligning with stakeholders, and ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality email marketing initiatives using tools such as Adobe Workfront and Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC).

Requirements

  • 3–4 years of experience in project management, preferably in digital or email marketing.
  • Strong understanding of email marketing workflows and campaign lifecycle.
  • Hands-on experience with Adobe Workfront or similar project management tools.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) is highly preferred.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with client-side stakeholders and internal teams.
  • Act as the primary point of contact throughout the campaign lifecycle.
  • Understand business objectives, gather requirements, and identify gaps in content and execution.
  • Support the planning and execution of email marketing campaigns.
  • Develop and manage detailed project timelines, ensuring milestones and deadlines are met.
  • Oversee campaign workflows, approvals, and deliverables from initiation to completion.
  • Collaborate with design, content, and email development teams to ensure timely delivery of assets.
  • Facilitate smooth hand-off of copy, visuals, and requirements to SFMC developers.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams within Capgemini to ensure alignment and efficiency.
  • Track project progress using Adobe Workfront and other tools.
  • Communicate regular status updates to stakeholders.
  • Identify potential risks and proactively implement mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure campaigns are properly tested and validated for accuracy, functionality, and performance.
  • Coordinate with SMEs to review Salesforce Marketing Cloud setups (emails, journeys, data integrations).
  • Ensure campaigns meet quality standards and deliver a seamless customer experience.
