About The Position

We are looking for a Project Manager to manage the day-to-day execution of Data Linkage Services. This is a hybrid full-time position located in Bethesda, MD. The role involves managing daily project execution for data linkage activities, coordinating statistical and technical teams, tracking project schedules, risks, and deliverables, supporting documentation of linkage methodologies and quality metrics, and participating in Government meetings and supporting preparation of status reports.

Requirements

  • Minimum of Five (5) years of technical experience
  • Minimum of Two (2) years of experience on dataset projects
  • Experience evaluating linkage accuracy using statistical metrics
  • Knowledge of probabilistic and deterministic record linkage methodologies, including PII and PPRL
  • Current professional certification commensurate with the role (e.g., PMP, CISSP, CISM, SANS GSNA)
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a Federal or DoD Public Trust. Candidates must receive approved adjudication of their Public Trust prior to onboarding with Guidehouse.
  • Candidates with an active Public Trust or existing suitability are preferred.

  • Experience working with CMS or other large federal datasets
  • Experience supporting reproducible research workflows
