As a Project Manager within our Customer Success Implementation team, you will lead large and enterprise software implementations of the AlayaCare platform for our customers. You will be the primary point of contact for customer stakeholders and internal teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to a high standard of quality. You will play a key role in planning, tracking, and communicating project progress while managing risk, scope, and expectations along the way. This is a high-impact, customer-facing role where you will guide projects from kickoff through go-live, partnering with customer stakeholders and internal teams to deliver on time, on budget, and with quality. You will own timelines, scope, risk, budgets, and communication throughout the implementation journey.
