About The Position

The heart of a Project Manager’s role is driving clients’ happiness and helping them meet their business goals. You will take ownership of client accounts from onboarding through the entire project phase, before handing off clients to our Client Success Managers. In this role as a Project Manager, you will shape the ideas of the project, define clear goals and objectives in consultation with other departments, organize notes and key assets, all while keeping the project on a set timeline. The Project Manager is expected to create an environment that maintains a balance between allowing the creative talent freedom to explore ideas, while still making sure the team meets deadlines and creates strong project deliverables, requiring excellent interpersonal and organizational skills. As Project Manager, you will shoulder the responsibility of not just launching projects, but launching them with precision and strategic insight. Your role involves cultivating intentional strategies and nurturing relationships to fortify client retention, enthusiasm and collaboration during the project phase. Given that project management's impact extends across our entire array of services, your agility as a team player becomes pivotal to seamless collaboration.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of marketing or agency experience
  • Experience working in Monday.com or similar project management software
  • A passion for helping clients and small businesses succeed
  • Knowledge of Webflow CMS or other like web development software
  • Intuitive Communication: Personable, professional, responsive and well-organized.
  • Obsessive Attention to Detail: Crucial for guiding feedback, trafficking projects, and ensuring accuracy and quality.
  • Expert Organization and Project Management: Organized, on top of all client needs, acting as the project owner to oversee deadlines and facilitate deliverables.
  • Exceptionally strong ability to multitask and prioritize accordingly, keeping track of outstanding assets and tasks.
  • Understanding of Digital Marketing: Familiarity with SEO, PPC, Funnels, and Social Media optimization.
  • Resourceful and Confident Self-Starter: Ability to make decisions and recommendations, follow up with clients, and troubleshoot roadblocks.

Responsibilities

  • Move Branding, Website, Creative Collateral, and Photo & Video projects forward, both internally with our team and externally with our clients, trafficking deliverables and feedback.
  • Manage project schedules, communicate timelines and expectations, collect and organize assets, prioritize tasks, and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Routinely QA designers’ and web developers’ work to guarantee quality and also provide creative direction as needed.
  • Be your clients’ primary point of contact, functioning as a liaison between them and our team.
  • Lead onboarding calls with clients, be a master note-taker, and maintain a consistent communication cadence with clients.
  • Maintain the most up-to-date information about our clients within Zoho CRM & Monday.com, notifying other departments of any changes to their account or business.
  • Field any client questions or requests, troubleshooting issues to the best of your knowledge and/or escalating them to the appropriate team members when necessary.
  • Ensure that all our work is branded appropriately for each client, accurate, and high-quality.
  • Guide feedback on print collateral to reviewing websites or ad copy, ensuring work is delivered accurately.
  • Identify opportunities and goals for clients and match those opportunities with the best strategies to meet their needs.
  • Come up with marketing ideas, and working with local sales reps on feasibility and execution.
  • Present recommendations to our clients.
  • Drive upsells and expansion opportunities by understanding client goals and proactively sharing with them services that may help them achieve those goals.
  • Help to identify workflows and processes that can better and escalate the areas of improvement through the proper channels.
  • Pilot the handoff between Project Management and Client Success and taking detailed notes to ensure a streamlined transition.
  • Become familiar with clients’ growth goals and service focus areas, in order to make sound recommendations during the handoff phase.
  • Oversee and verify that final project deliverables are conversion-focused, ensuring websites are optimized properly for SEO, PPC, Funnels, and Social Media.
