About The Position

We are seeking a dedicated and highly organized Project Manager (PM) to oversee the daily execution of task orders under the SRP SATOC contract. The PM will be responsible for coordinating project activities, managing schedules, and ensuring deliverables meet the high standards of the Performance Work Statement. The ideal candidate is a results-oriented manager with a strong background in range modernization, environmental compliance, or training support services. This role requires excellent organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and a strong focus on client satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • A minimum of three years of relevant technical, professional, or management experience is required, or four and a half years of similar experience without a degree.
  • U.S. Citizens and able to obtain a Common Access Card (CAC), passing a NACI background investigation.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and MS Project is required.
  • Familiarity with USACE project management practices, Army range regulations (TC 25-8), and environmental compliance standards is essential.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the execution of specific tasks within the PWS, including range infrastructure assessments, targetry refurbishment, and environmental projects.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using MS Project (Gantt charts, Critical Path Method).
  • Coordinate project activities with subcontractors, installation POCs, and USACE CORs.
  • Ensure proper management of subcontractors, suppliers, and materials.
  • Track project budgets, costs, and progress; prepare monthly cost and status reports.
  • Manage project risks and implement corrective actions when necessary.
  • Ensure compliance with the project schedule and quality control standards.
  • Prepare meeting minutes, progress reports, and final reports for submission to the COR.
  • Facilitate scoping meetings, kickoff meetings, and status update teleconferences.
  • Maintain project documentation and records in accordance with USACE requirements.
