About The Position

We are seeking a regional Project Manager to support land use, permitting, and environmental due diligence and execution efforts across the AMER region. In this role, you will coordinate with internal stakeholders and onboarded vendors to complete Due Diligence Risk Screenings for new site candidates and coordinate, track, and obtain deliverables to deploy ground infrastructure. You will also manage Due Diligence for Ground Security, Ground Assessment for Minimum Elevation Angle and Radio Frequency interference Regulatory coordination across AMER jurisdictions. This position serves as a key liaison between internal engineering teams, vendors, and regulatory bodies to ensure sites meet technical and compliance requirements.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in site acquisition, land use, permitting, or environmental due diligence
  • Strong project management skills with experience tracking complex, multi-jurisdictional workstreams
  • Demonstrated ability to navigate local regulatory frameworks
  • Knowledge of ground security requirements, radio frequency analysis, and regulatory compliance processes
  • Experience influencing internal and external stakeholders
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to deliver results with a high sense of urgency
  • Ability to work across time zones and coordinate with distributed teams
  • US Citizen, GC Holders or Authorized to Work in the U.S.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Sitetracker or equivalent permit tracking platforms
  • Familiarity with environmental due diligence processes, such as Phase I ESAs and environmental risk screening
  • Background in telecommunications, satellite, or broadband infrastructure development
  • Knowledge of AMER-specific land use regulations and environmental review frameworks
  • Familiarity with Minimum Elevation Angle analysis and RF interference assessment
  • Experience supporting vendor coordination in a program management capacity
  • Certified in program management (PMP or equivalent)
  • Strong technical aptitude and analytical skills

Responsibilities

  • Order and monitor land use and environmental due diligence deliverables for completeness and compliance
  • Coordinate and track ground security due diligence activities across AMER gateway sites, ensuring compliance with security standards and local requirements
  • Manage Ground Assessment processes for Minimum Elevation Angle (MEA) analysis and Radio Frequency (RF) interference evaluation in coordination with engineering teams
  • Coordinate Regulatory activities across AMER jurisdictions, tracking filings and approvals
  • Maintain Sitetracker updates with current status, milestone progress, and due diligence outcomes
  • Conduct and facilitate vendor meetings to align on deliverables, timelines, and program requirements
  • Manage file organization and uploads within internal document management systems, ensuring all site documentation is current and accessible
  • Identify risks and escalate blockers to leadership with recommended paths to resolution
  • Create and present status reports, client documents, and presentations on progress and due diligence completion
  • Manage ongoing document organization, expiration tracking, and fulfillment of all permit conditions
  • Support integration of workflows with land use and environmental assessments in deployment timelines
