About The Position

The Project Manager GCM is responsible for managing assigned projects and key deliverables within the 09169 SE Medical Group Division Operations - Special Project department. This role serves as the primary liaison between project stakeholders, communicating ongoing project status, potential issues, and timelines. The Project Manager plans, organizes, and manages all aspects of assigned retrospective, outcome, and prospective projects, including organizing and leading necessary team training efforts. They will consult with staff and leaders to coordinate training, monitor efforts, and discuss findings. This role leads and manages the efforts of key cross-functional departments to ensure project-related activities align with project milestones, timelines, and applicable processes, regulatory requirements, and ethical business practices. The Project Manager also maintains communication regarding identified opportunities and/or barriers to project completion and manages project financials.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Minimum of 2 years relevant experience required.

  • Leads and manages the efforts of all key cross-functional departments to perform all project-related activities according to project milestones/timelines in a manner consistent with the applicable process, regulatory and accrediting entities, and ethical business practice
  • Maintains communication as required, to discuss the outcome of any identified opportunities and/or barriers to the successful completion of the project
  • Manages project financials
