Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5 years of project management experience.
  • Experience managing scope, cost, schedule, and vendors.
  • Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Familiarity with tools such as SAP, MS Project, and Excel.

Nice To Haves

  • PMP certification (preferred) or willingness to obtain certification.

Responsibilities

  • Lead project teams with clarity, purpose, and motivation.
  • Manage project scope, budget, schedule, and quality targets.
  • Serve as the primary customer contact and escalation point.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive project plans.
  • Monitor risks, performance, and project milestones proactively.
  • Drive continuous improvement and share lessons learned.
  • Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.
