The Project Manager has primary responsibility for customer contact, scheduling product deliveries, and adhering to predetermined project timelines during the manufacturing phase of a project. The ability to multi-task in a fast-paced proto-type manufacturing environment is required, along with knowledge of manufacturing processes and procedures. This role involves maintaining a clean and organized work environment, being responsible for all project documentation, and researching questions related to fabrication, welding, painting, and assembly. The Project Manager will coordinate the delivery of outsourced components, act as a primary focal point for customer contact, monitor manufacturing progress, and create shop floor work orders and Bills of Material (BOM). A significant portion of time (30% to 50%) will be spent on the shop floor.
