About The Position

Wolfe LLC is seeking a Project Manager to drive the successful execution of projects and critical initiatives for the PMO team, with a focus on the Merchant, Finance, and AI teams. This role is responsible for ensuring that ambitious goals are met on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The Project Manager will lead the execution of initiatives, foster cross-functional collaboration with product, AI, development, and sales teams, and align projects with business objectives and operational efficiency. This is a 5-day onsite role based in Green Tree in the Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania area.

Requirements

  • Solid knowledge of Agile methodologies and hands-on experience in managing complex projects with a focus on speed, on-time, on-budget delivery.
  • Hands on experience w/ Jira, Confluence, Monday.com, and other agile tools with an AI-first mindset.
  • Proven skills in coordinating efforts across diverse teams, fostering collaboration, and managing cross-group dependencies.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to develop clear, concise project reports and present complex information effectively.
  • Experience influencing and interacting at all levels of the organization.
  • Background in streamlining processes, eliminating silos, and improving visibility into project and resource management.
  • Ability to engage deeply in project details, address issues proactively, and drive successful decision-making and outcomes through a detailed and pragmatic approach.
  • Demonstrable problem-solving skills and a proactive, results-oriented mindset.
  • Capacity to manage and prioritize multiple projects and tasks effectively.
  • 5+ years in software, product, or project management.
  • Proven track record of managing complex projects and cross-functional teams in a tech startup or fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required.

  • PMP certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end delivery of a portfolio of marketing and AI-related projects, ensuring clear scope, timelines, dependencies, and accountability across teams.
  • Partner with Marketing, Finance, AI, Product, Engineering, and Sales to translate business priorities into executable project plans and manage project intake, prioritization, and sequencing.
  • Actively manage project risks, dependencies, and tradeoffs while maintaining delivery momentum and alignment with enterprise objectives.
  • Establish and maintain project visibility through dashboards, reporting, and working sessions using tools such as Monday.com and Jira to enable timely decisions and escalation.
  • Facilitate effective project operating rhythms including stand-ups, planning sessions, reviews, and retrospectives, and drive continuous improvement to reduce bottlenecks and cycle time.
