About The Position

An effective project requires a manager who is passionate about guiding it through the complexities of its lifecycle. It requires someone who is dedicated to identifying challenges, mitigating risks, and supporting a team with vision and focus. As a lead project manager on our team, you’ll design, implement, and maintain impactful programs by guiding multiple teams. Our U.S. Government customer will trust you to organize and coordinate program objectives, while your team will look to you for direction as they navigate requirements, budget constraints, and staffing challenges. As an authority in the special operations forces market, you’ll identify opportunities to grow the business by supporting your client’s mission. You’ll also broaden your expertise in problem management, strategic planning, reviewing contracts, and more. This is your chance to impact the special operations forces mission while sharing your knowledge and expertise of program management methodologies. Requirements

5+ years of experience working in the Special Operations Community, including USSOCOM Headquarters, TSOC or USSOCOM Component Headquarters
Experience with managing projects using multiple funding streams
Experience as a Project manager in technically focused projects or programs
Knowledge of appropriations funding requirements and rules of use
Ability to manage a geographically dispersed workforce
Ability to build and present programmatic and technical briefs to stakeholders
TS/SCI clearance
Bachelor's degree
Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification

Experience working in a Joint environment
Experience with cloud environments, Infrastructure-as-Cloud and application development
Experience with Agile Methodology
Experience with Jira
Experience with data visualization and development
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple customers
