About The Position

We are seeking a driven Project Manager to help lead a large, multi-year, multi-phase campus-style commercial development in the Greater Atlanta area — spanning large-scale sitework and infrastructure, precast concrete structures, and high-end commercial buildings and interiors. Partnering closely with our senior field leadership, you will drive execution from preconstruction through closeout across overlapping project phases. The Project Manager serves as the primary steward of project execution, financial performance, and team culture. This individual is responsible for overseeing multiple phases of work, managing diverse scopes, coordinating with clients, consultants, and trade partners, and ensuring each project is delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This position offers long-term project continuity, leadership growth.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years or more of experience in project management.
  • Bachelor’s degree in construction-related field or equivalent work experience.
  • Understands contractual language and how to read plans and specifications.
  • Experience with Microsoft Project or Primavera.
  • Working knowledge of OSHA standards.
  • OSHA 30 required (OSHA 10 minimum)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to make sound, timely decisions in high-pressure environments.

Nice To Haves

  • Proficiency in Acumatica preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and guide the project team, providing direction on project management practices, contract adherence, and compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Manage the day-to-day operational and tactical execution of one or more commercial construction projects, ensuring alignment with established project goals.
  • Oversee subcontractor performance to ensure work complies with drawings, specifications, regulatory requirements, and contractual obligations.
  • Develop project schedules in coordination with the Project Superintendent, establishing sequencing, milestones, and performance benchmarks necessary for successful completion.
  • Conduct regular site visits to evaluate safety, quality, cost control, and schedule progress in partnership with field leadership.
  • Ensure proper administration and organization of all project documentation in accordance with company standards.
  • Develop and monitor project-specific quality, safety, and risk management plans to protect performance and minimize exposure.
  • Engage with internal departments to ensure company policies, procedures, and strategic objectives are consistently executed.
  • Maintain professional and tactful relationships with vendors, Owners, architects, regulatory officials, and the broader community.
