These roles are fully remote and whilst experience or knowledge in pharmacovigilance is desirable, we are open to hearing from enthusiastic candidates with transferable skills.

Requirements

  • Professional degree in Sciences or Economics.
  • Experienced user of the MS-office packages (excellent Excel knowledge), ERP-, project management- and database-systems.
  • Basic understanding/knowledge in the field of pharmacovigilance.

  • Experience or knowledge in pharmacovigilance is desirable, we are open to hearing from enthusiastic candidates with transferable skills

Responsibilities

  • Program Management Support in the field of large volume outsourcing programs.
  • Coordination, monitoring and preparation of project controlling and reporting; keeping an eye on the project’s overall budget.
  • Informing the Customer Success Manager about potential discrepancies on budget.
  • Support the tracking and reporting of set out targets (KPIs).
  • Initiation the control/ closing/ opening/ rebooking of times within work packages in PLx Time tracking & Accounting System.
  • Maintenance of program related projects in PLx Time tracking & Accounting System from an operative point of view.
  • Supporting the onboarding / offboarding of resources (internal and external) as instructed by the Customer Success Manager.
  • Compilation of regular check-point customer presentations.
  • Keeping the overall reporting results transparent to the Customer Success Manager.
  • Preparation of the monthly/quarterly financial statement so that a customer invoice can be issued on time.
  • Supporting the Customer Success Manager in ensuring that project staff receive the appropriate information, training and working conditions that will allow project staff to develop, as necessary.
  • Overall, the field of activity is characterized by short-term changes and depending on the program.
  • Though client specific adaptations are possible, all PM Support functions are asked to improve, develop, and harmonize internal processes.
