About The Position

Evanhoe is seeking a Project Manager who will oversee the overall planning, execution, management, coordination, and successful delivery of all work performed under the Performance Work Statement (PWS). The Project Manager provides leadership, ensures contract compliance, manages project resources, mitigates risks, and oversees performance to ensure all contractual requirements are met on time and within scope.

Requirements

8+ years of experience relevant to the management of information technology.
Project Management Institute (PMI) Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or International Association of Information Technology Asset Managers (IAITAM) certification (such as CHAMP, CSAM, CITAM, or equivalent)

Responsibilities

Provides overall leadership and management of all activities, ensuring full compliance with PWS requirements
Serves as the primary interface with the COR, and Government stakeholders, ensuring clear communication, timely issue resolution, and alignment with Government priorities.
Directs program planning and execution, including staffing, task intake and tracking, schedule coordination, risk and issue management, and delivery of all required program deliverables.
Oversees preparation and delivery of program reporting, including Weekly Status Reports (WSRs), Monthly Status Reports (MSRs), Topline Reports, technical documentation, and ad hoc Government-requested reports.
Establishes, maintains, and executes the Project Management Plan (PMP), Quality Management Plan (QMP), dashboard management approach, and associated SOPs, ensuring consistent and repeatable program execution.
Directs transition activities, including Transition-In and Transition-Out planning and execution, ensuring continuity of operations and minimal disruption to Government missions.
Maintains required professional certifications consistent with H.3.1 expectations, such as PMP or equivalent, and applies best practices in program governance, risk management, and performance oversight.
Provides leadership, mentorship, and oversight to program staff, ensuring accountability, performance excellence, and adherence to contractual and Government standards.
