Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Operations, Information Technology, or related field preferred
  • 3+ years of experience in project management, operations coordination, or team management
  • Proven track record of successfully managing projects, timelines, and cross-functional teams
  • Experience using project management tools and collaboration platforms
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with stakeholder management and client communication
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Experience creating reports, workflows, and process documentation
  • Candidates should be proficient in one or more of the following: Asana, ClickUp, Monday.com, Trello, Jira, Notion, Microsoft Project, Slack, Google Workspace, Microsoft Office Suite
  • Proficient in project planning and scheduling
