The Upcounty Hub seeks a highly organized, mission-driven Project Manager to oversee implementation of the proposed FY27 Lighthouse Grant. The Project Manager will serve as the central coordination and accountability lead for the Lighthouse project. The role will supervise implementation across multiple workstreams, including outreach, logistics, intake, emergency stabilization, immigration legal referrals, healthcare navigation, mental health referrals, workforce connections, community education, intensive case management, partner coordination, data collection, and reporting. The Project Manager will work closely with existing and grant-funded Hub staff, including logistics, social services, outreach, finance, data/MEAL, and administrative staff, as well as formal partners, referral partners, service sites, and Montgomery County representatives.
