About The Position

Fortinet is looking for a project manager working directly with R&D, Customer Support and Sales team to manage critical pre-sales feature development and post-sales issue resolution related to Fortinet’s key products. In this individual contributor role, you will manage escalations from the field, understand the details of the customer’s new feature requirements and issues, and track projects until a solution is delivered.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in project management, technical support, software development or QA
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related technical discipline
  • Prior experience in handling complex customer escalations and working closely with sales and support engineers
  • Knowledge of TCP/IP, firewalls, routers, switches, VPN, IPS, Antivirus, Web Filtering, Antispam, etc.
  • Demonstrate a sense of urgency in responding to field requests, with good judgement on case severity and business impact
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal) and professionalism
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, ability to work under pressure
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
