About The Position

The Project Manager executes technical operations and project delivery in data center environments, supporting client objectives and organizational standards. This role focuses on hands-on project execution, technical coordination, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver facility projects successfully. You'll apply project management methodologies to manage scope, quality, schedule, budget, resources, and risk while building positive working relationships across the organization and maintaining alignment with project objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Structural Engineering, Construction Management, or related technical field
  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in technical services, facilities management, project management, or related industry with demonstrated project execution expertise
  • Experience implementing operational processes that improve efficiency and service quality
  • Strong team collaboration skills with ability to work effectively in cross-functional environments
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to engage effectively across organizational levels and with external clients
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities with demonstrated ability to make sound decisions in dynamic, time-sensitive environments
  • Working knowledge of data center operations, industry standards, and technologies in facilities management
  • Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

  • Execute project deliverables by applying project management methodologies to manage scope, quality, schedule, budget, resources, and risk
  • Support technical services operations in data center environments and contribute to operational plans that enhance efficiency and service delivery
  • Collaborate with client stakeholders throughout project lifecycles, coordinating with various parties to minimize facility disruptions
  • Build and maintain positive working relationships across the organization and with external clients
  • Support technical services team development through mentoring and knowledge sharing
  • Identify potential opportunities for scope expansion within assigned projects and communicate findings to senior leadership
  • Stay current on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to support continuous improvement in technical operations and service delivery
  • Assist in department operations to maintain consistent performance standards and promote a collaborative team culture
