Vital Voices Global Partnership is a leading international non-profit organization that invests in women leaders tackling the world’s greatest challenges. Vital Voices has directly invested in more than 47,000 change-makers across 188 countries, who in turn have improved the lives of millions of people in their communities and countries. As part of those core mission, Vital Voices has supported the Mothers’ Call, a women-led movement uniting Israeli and Palestinian civil society voices in a shared demand: that women and communities have a seat at the table in any credible peace process for the region. Led by the movements Women of the Sun and Women Wage Peace and supported by Vital Voices, the initiative enters Phase 2 (2026–2028) with the goal of turning global visibility into political power through three pillars: Visibility, Advocacy, and Policy. The Project Manager reports to the Project Strategic Lead and owns the day-to-day operation of The Mothers’ Call. They serve as the operational hub across the Vital Voices team, movement co-leads, contracted vendors, and coalition partners, ensuring that deliverables move on schedule and that all movement materials are consistent across English, Arabic, and Hebrew. The Project Team is co-located in the United States, Europe and the West Asian region, and the position will be based in Washington, DC, with regular international travel.
