About The Position
Our Client is seeking two business‑focused Project Managers to support initiatives within the Claims and Retail Sales & Service portfolios. These roles emphasize core project management and relationship skills, not heavy technical delivery. Project 1 involves Business-Led Technology Enablement, supporting a system enhancement or integration for retail advisors with a budget under $5M. Technical depth is not required; coordination, governance, and communication are key. Project 2 focuses on Growth Strategy Execution, overseeing growth initiatives across Home & Auto and Commercial portfolios, with an emphasis on execution, progress tracking, and stakeholder alignment. No technical skill set is required for this role.

Responsibilities
- Lead end‑to‑end delivery of assigned initiatives, ensuring scope, timelines, governance, and outcomes are met
- Establish and operate project governance, including steering forums, status reporting, and decision tracking
- Collaborate with business leaders to drive execution of strategic and tactical initiatives
- Manage project budgets (where applicable) and maintain financial transparency
- Act as the central point of coordination across stakeholders, vendors, and delivery partners
- Provide clear, concise updates to upper leadership on progress, risks, and mitigation strategies
- Bring structure and clarity to initiatives that may not follow traditional “project” constructs
Benefits
- The pay range for this position is $80.00 - $100.00/hr.
