The Project Manager will lead the Operation by managing the day-to-day performance of assigned contracts, ensuring adherence to ROM guidelines and contract specifications. This role involves building staffing, work, transportation, and building schedules, tracking progress, identifying productivity trends, and maintaining project timelines. The Project Manager will also serve as backup APM when needed. A key aspect of the role is championing quality and safety by assuring a high level of service quality, resolving quality issues, running internal safety training, maintaining safety procedures, and updating the SDS book. The position also requires completing and maintaining CPR/First Aid and OSHA training. Developing people is another crucial function, which includes supporting the ROM in hiring, evaluating, and managing the team, building sustainment and leadership training, coordinating vendor training, providing constructive employee feedback, and partnering with HR and job coaches for employees with disabilities. The Project Manager will also be responsible for keeping the business running by overseeing floor care and maintenance scheduling, tracking staffing and time records, managing attendance and labor budgets for payroll, ordering and tracking supplies, managing uniform standards, and maintaining property, chemical, and key accountability. Finally, the role involves being the bridge between the team and government facility staff, representing the team in meetings, bringing solutions to the ROM, and being available for emergency response.
